It is a matter great pleasure to announce that the Company has opened its Sixth Show Room at Bhilwara Rajasthan on the auspicious day of Dussehra on 25-10-2020. A great Hindu religious festival being celebrated to mark the triumph of the good over the evil. This auspicious day is celebrated with much joy and enthusiasm across the length and breadth of the country.
The showroom is spread over 4000 Sq. ft. and situated in the heart of the city at 56 Nagar Parisad, Rajendra Nagar Bhilwara the city of textiles and looms. In Indian mythology, Bhilwara finds mention in Mahabharata where Arjun while going to Dwarka is said to have fought here. The showroom came out with eight promises to the people of Bhilwara that it will follow Purity, Transparency, Right Price, Best Design, Customer interest, Unbreakable assurance, Customer satisfactions and Great Shopping experience. On the day of opening, we have received a great response from the people of Bhilwara and achieved a great revenue.
Earlier the Company has declared half year unaudited result on 20.10.2020. The Company’s PAT for the half year ended Sept.’20 expanded by 52.7% to Rs.10.3Cr. as against Rs.6.8 Cr. in last H1 FY20 on account of reduction in operational & interest expenses and increase in price of gold. The Company has given a return of around 250% to its shareholders in last 3 years. The Market Capitalisation of Company at the time of IPO in 2017 was Rs. 62 Crores which has now gone over to Rs. 200 crores in just 3 years. The company has already received in principal approval to migrate from NSE-SME platform to NSE Main board and expects to be listed at Main board in the first week of November.
